Earle Youngblood State Farm Insurance is one of the older businesses in Pickens. Started in 1950, Mr. Youngblood moved to the current West Main Street location with one employee, in 1966. In 1990 he employed George ”Bubba” Martin as manager. It has grown to seven employees and is one of the largest State Farm agencies in the state.
The knowledgeable, licensed staff consist of Shannon Fortner, Holly Gravely, Rose Simmons, Melonie Davies, Pam Beck and Pam Y. Martin. “ Pickens is a great place to do business and we appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers and support the Chamber and community.”
